Umeus is an exciting new student accommodation company in Copenhagen. The company prides itself on providing stylish and affordable living spaces that build a real sense of community among its students. It's a place where friendships and bonds will be created, and last well into professional lives.
The Umeus identity needed to incorporate not only the energy of student life, but also the stylish Nordic attitude of the living spaces. To this end we created a strong mark that combined the "U" of Umeus with a scholastic book shape. The mark then becomes a container for images and illustrations, conveying the fun and community of the space.
The identity flows into all aspects of the experience, using some smart technology to market the business, as well as help to manage the complexity and demands of student life. The first location is scheduled to open in the last half of 2018.
